RETURNS/Terms and Conditions
We will offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any item that is found to be faulty. This is subject to stock items only. All items listed as stock are made to order, and can be subject to long lead times in busy periods.
Any issues with bespoke one off items, must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of item, and returned to us within 14 days of report being made, for inspection. These items will be inspected in house, and repaired or replaced after assessment and consultation with consumer.
Any alterations or repairs carried out by yourself or a third party will void any warranty.
We will not be liable for any labour charges, or costs involved in removing or refitting an item found to be faulty.
All items being returned are to be returned at the cost of purchaser.
Refunds or replacment goods will not be shipped until faulty items have been returned and inspected.
